About Crux Fermentation Project
Situated smack dab in the middle of Bend, Crux is the go-to spot for sunset brews thanks, in part, to its Sundowner Hour special: Discounted beer and food a half-hour before and after the sun goes down over the Cascades – for which you will have the best view around. Co-founded by one of Deschutes Brewery’s former brewermasters, Crux’s favorites include Cast Out IPA, Tough Love Imperial Stout, and Crux Pilz. In addition to our craft beer, we serve our own cider and wine.
Foodwise, the pub at Crux gets super creative with its pizza, sandwiches, soups, and salads or you can grab some amazing tacos from the food cart outside. Head outside and you can play some cornhole, gather round one of two fire pits, or just soak in the sun on their spacious lawn next to the pub. We are dog-friendly too.
