Juniper Preserve’s Seasonal Pop-Up, KÉYA, is a multisensory culinary experience that transcends the ordinary. The concept for KÉYA was inspired from a desire to showcase the rich gastronomic traditions that existed before the era of mass-production agribusiness and processed foods. The Resort’s Food & Beverage Director, Jason Ray, and team of expert chefs have extensively researched to recreate authentic dishes using native ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
