Everything at Oregon Spirit Distillers is done without shortcuts. We source local grain, local botanicals and clean mountain spring water to create our line of award winning spirits. Ten years of craft distilling has led to a lineup that includes Straight American Bourbon, Wheat and Rye, 3 styles of gin, vodka and a traditionally made absinthe.

Our tasting room is centrally located in Bend, just a short walk from downtown. Get a glimpse of what it means to be a craft distillery; the passion held by our owners, Brad and Kathy Irwin, has been passed along to our staff. Join us on a tour of our distillery floor and learn the process of distilling small batch whiskey, stay for an education from one of our tasting room hosts over a flight of our spirits.

Our bottle shop is stocked with everything you need for your home bar- spirits, Meadowland simple syrups, bitters, and beautiful barware. Our hosts are always happy to share their favorite cocktail recipes!
