Massage
Customized massage for a healthier and more relaxed you. Let our experienced therapists take you on a journey of self care with choice of a 60 or 90 minute massage treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage This therapeutic technique concentrates on specific areas of muscle tension to help reduce muscle pain, restore mobility and increase vitality.
Hot Stone Massage Smooth, heated basalt stones are gently guided over fatigues muscles with Swedish or deep tissue massage strokes to ease tightly wound muscles and promote relaxation.
