About River Borne Outfitters, LLC

River Borne Outfitters offers guided fly fishing trips and fly fishing lessons in Bend and Central Oregon! With trip options for beginners and experts alike, including half and full day walk in trips on the Crooked River (Our best option for the beginning fly fisher). The Crooked River is an intimate high desert stream with a great population of wild trout. Every level of angler can experience success on the Crooked River, families and small groups are welcome! Fly fishing classes and casting lessons are also available and are taught locally and on the Crooked River.

For a little more adventure, River Borne Outfitters also offers day and multiple day guided fly fishing trips on the Blue Ribbon “Wild and Scenic” Lower Deschutes River. Trips are available for both wild trout and steelhead! Deschutes River guided day trips include eight hours of fishing and a shore lunch and covers over 10 miles of river. Deschutes River guided fly fishing day trips are available from May through October. The flag ship Deschutes River trip is a 3-4 day, fully outfitted camp trip by boat into the only section of the Deschutes where the fishing and scenery are the most spectacular!
