Valentine’s Deli is a locally owned and operated sandwich shop in the trendy Box Factory area of Bend, Oregon. Our goal is to provide delicious sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts, and beverages. Most everything is housemade and created with local, fresh, high quality, and organic ingredients whenever possible. We strive to make delicious healthy food that you can eat every day and feel good about.

Valentine’s Deli is the vision of native Oregonian, Kari Johannsen, who named her deli after her mother, Jane Valentine. Jane’s middle name originally came from her great-grandfather, but as fate would have it, Jane was born on February 14th.

Jane was all about the love of family and treating people with respect and courtesy. She was full of laughter and offered everybody a loving atmosphere no matter where she was.
