Sunriver Country Store is Sunriver’s full service grocery store located in the Village at Sunriver. Offering Hot and Cold Delicatessen with BBQ, choice meats and seafood, fresh produce and one of Oregon’s finest wine selections. Sunriver Music Festival is committed to expanding the audience for classical music by nurturing the next generation of artistic talent and by presenting a world-class musical experience for Central Oregon residents and visitors.The landmark event for the last 40+ years is the Summer Festival – two weeks of concerts and masterclasses featuring acclaimed maestros, soloists, and the Festival Orchestra from around the world. The Sunriver Nature Center and Oregon Observatory features a large scale public observatory providing hands on experience with stargazing in addition to interpretive exhibits, live birds-of-prey, amphibians and snakes, meteorite exhibit, educational programs, botanical garden, a nature trail and Astronomy Store featuring a complete line of telescopes. Open Tues-Sat, 10am – 4pm from September through May with special Winter Observatory hours and events seasonally. Private Star Parties available. The Sunriver Nature Center staff of naturalists will keep the kids curiously engaged with informative walks, indoor exhibits including reptiles, amphibians and other live animals.
