RendezVan is the celebration of our amazing community of RVers, campers, and van-lifers who make the annual pilgrimage to Mt. Bachelor in the springtime to enjoy soft spring laps and sunshine. Families, skiers, riders, and all travelers are welcome — even the dogs are invited!
Not interested in camping out? All are welcome to join for the day to partake in any of the events. The festival center, including all the music, vendors, activities, and fun competitions are open and free to anyone who would like to join in on the festivities.
While the festival basecamp is packed with activities and fun — the mountain has just as much action going on! Not only will the mountain be open for skiing and riding, but RendezVan will offer various on-mountain events throughout the five days. We look forward to hosting you for RendezVan 2024!
RendezVan will also feature DJ entertainment, a silent disco and pop-up live music across the mountain. The festival area will offer food trucks, bars, and the opportunity to try axe-throwing, capture memories in a van photobooth, or relax and meditate with guided slopeside yoga. Staples to RendezVan are the beloved dog parade and the spirited Retro Threads Walk Off, so be sure to bring your furry friends and break out the best of your wardrobe.
New this year are two different paid VIP options. The $299 Daytripper VIP grants access to the private VIP area within the festival, primed for concert viewing and complete with outdoor firepits, heat lamps, complimentary hors d’ouerves and select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages plus a commemorative VIP credential and gift. The $149 Camper VIP grants up-front festival parking plus line cutting privileges for expedited festival check-in. The Camper VIP does not include access to the VIP area within the festival.

WHEN YOU'RE READY TO ROCK 'N ROLL
You've got your rig fully loaded down, your crew in tow, and you're ready to hit the off-ramp...now you just need to know where to go and when! Below you'll find festival gate hours and check-in information, festival amenities and center hours, as well as Mt. Bachelor's modified operating hours for the event.
If you’re simply looking to ski/snowboard or to only join us for daytime events and activities, please park at Sunrise Base Area or Skyliner Parking Lot. We offer an Interlodge Shuttle to connect you between all of our base areas without having to ride the lifts! The Mt. Bachelor Interlodge Shuttle will operate starting at 8:30 a.m. daily, running continuously (roughly every 15 minutes on the hour) through 8:00 p.m. Thursday - Saturday and through 4:15 p.m. on Sunday. Pick-up & drop-off locations will be in front of Mountain Gateway building in West Village, from the middle lot in Sunrise Base Area, and in front of the restroom facilities at the north end of the Skyliner Lot.

Formed while attending film school in Southern California, Los Angeles-based Saint Motel’s kaleidoscopic sound and inventive live performances have earned them a loyal fanbase that flock to their headlining shows and standout sets at festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo.
The Dip deliver the kind of unbridled rhythm-and-blues that hits on every emotional level. Inciting everything from raw catharsis to heavy-hearted reckoning to wildly exuberant joy, their 2022 Dualtone Records debut 'Sticking With It' marks a major creative breakthrough for the band.
